I've had several cams with him without any problems (although I always paid AFTER the cam, not before).

Last week I paid him to buy a brief video, and then he disappeared. He keeps ignoring my messages since days, and he didn't neither send the video nor refund the payment. The amout is small, but the behaviour is unfair.
