It saddens me to write this, because I genuinely like him as a person. I have given him “time” for a year and a half now. A fake master put a serious virus on his computer and actually locked the bios to where he couldn’t even reinstall the software. He vanished after he was tributed and refused to help him. I spent EIGHT hours (expecting nothing in return) and fixed his issue on my own time. I didn’t even get a thank you. He has talked about submitting while telling me about the others that he served. At this point I feel insulted.  I don't have the heart to give you a negative review so I left a neutral one. Stay safe and be good.
