Please read these Terms of Service (“TOS”) carefully before using Dominants.co or any related services.
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. General Terms

1.1. Dominants.co reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time, without notice.
Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1.2. These Terms apply to all members (“you”, “member”) and govern your use of all features, services, and content available on Dominants.co.

2. Suspension or Termination of Membership

2.1. Dominants.co may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate a member’s account without refund for violations of these Terms or for any conduct deemed inappropriate.

2.2. We may impose limits or restrictions on certain features without prior notice.

2.3. Members who violate the TOS may be permanently banned without any refund.

2.4. Members are fully responsible for all actions performed through their account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following actions:

3.1 Illegal or harmful content

  • Posting, transmitting, or distributing illegal content

  • Promoting or encouraging illegal activity

  • Infringing on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)

3.2 Abusive or offensive behavior

  • Posting libelous, abusive, harassing, or racially offensive material

  • Blackmailing or threatening other members

  • Promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination

3.3 Impersonation or fraud

  • Pretending to be another user or staff member

  • Allowing others to log into your profile

  • Using VPNs or proxy IPs to disguise identity

  • Uploading unauthorized profile pictures or impersonating “KING” or staff

3.4 Spam and solicitation

  • Advertising or promoting outside websites or adult services

  • Sending unsolicited messages or spam

  • Promoting Skype, Telegram, or other external group chats

3.5 Harassment and disruption

  • Harassing members through messages, posts, or notes

  • Posting irrelevant, repetitive, or offensive content

  • Intentionally disrupting chats or discussions

Any reported violations may lead to content removal or account termination.

4. Liability for Content

Dominants.co acts as a passive platform for user content and is not responsible for user activities or postings.
We do not endorse or assume liability for any user-generated content.

5. Content Ownership and Use

5.1. By posting content on Dominants.co, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, or distribute your content as part of the service.

5.2. All content hosted on the Dominants.co servers is owned by the site owner (“KING”).

5.3. Members must provide truthful information during registration, including:

  • Accurate age (18+), gender, and location

  • No falsified or misleading details

5.4. The use of the name “KING” in any form in a profile name is strictly prohibited, as it is reserved for the owner of Dominants.co.

5.5. Only the Owner (KING) can authorize or process profile deletion requests, which must be made in writing.

6. Content Moderation and Removal

Dominants.co may remove any content deemed offensive, harmful, or inaccurate at its discretion.
We reserve the right—but not the obligation—to monitor and remove user content that violates these terms.

7. Age Restriction

7.1. Users must be 18 years or older to register.
Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately deleted.

7.2. You must:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Use your own IP address (no VPNs or proxies)

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Racism, Hate Speech, or Discrimination

Any content promoting racism, hate speech, or religious intolerance will result in immediate removal and account termination.

9. Ownership of Submissives

Dominants.co respects mutual ownership agreements within its community.
Any Dom who engages with an Owned submissive without consent may be banned for one week.
Submissives must clearly display their ownership status on their profiles.

10. Privacy Policy

Dominants.co treats all personal data as confidential and will not share information with third parties except by court order.

11. Refund Policy

All payments and memberships are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to a TOS violation.

12. Subscription Fees

12.1. DOM Members:
$150 USD per year (non-refundable)

12.2. SUB Members:
$75 USD per 6 months, or $150 USD per year
Subs may also pay verification fees for their DOMs.

13. Renewal Policy

13.1. Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before expiration.
13.2. Cancellations do not entitle members to refunds for prior payments.
13.3. Members banned for TOS violations forfeit all fees paid.

14. Verification Requirements

14.1. All DOM members must complete webcam verification within 24 hours of joining.
14.2. Verified DOMs receive a verification badge after successful completion.
14.3. Verification fees are non-refundable, even if the member later cancels or is banned.

15. Modification of Terms

Dominants.co reserves the right to revise, update, or amend this Terms of Service at any time.
Changes apply immediately to all memberships created or renewed after the update date.
